Bridging Finance Limited were delighted to successfully help Provident Property Limited purchase two investment properties in just 4 hours!

The deal arose due to builder, George Wimpey, offering a discount for same day completion, an opportunity too good to miss out on.

Graeme Boiardini of Provident Property had heard of Bridging Finance Limited through an accountancy contact but had not used us before.  Graeme rang at 11am and presented the details of the two desirable properties on the Fairways development in Portsmouth. The client’s own contribution coupled with the discount meant it was worthwhile for all parties to work to complete by the end of the day.
 
The solicitor Bridging Finance Limited used was Stephen Evans-Jones of Cantor & Company.  He liaised with the client’s solicitor, with all the legal documents being executed by the Directors in the early afternoon. Funds were then released at 3pm, securing both properties for the client.
