In his interview Chris discussed the place of short term funding in the current economic climate, both as a complement to traditional lending facilities and as an alternative when mainstream lenders are unable to assist. He went on to discuss the plight of property developers and the difficulties they are facing as a result of prevailing conditions, but concluded that the current climate is also presenting numerous attractive opportunities for those with good levels of equity and/or cash in the background.
