Bridging Finance Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of MD, Chris Baguley to the role of Vice Chairman on the board of pro.manchester.

The appointment took place at the pro.manchester AGM, which was held at the Midland Hotel on 18th June 2009.

pro.manchester is made up of over 260 firms and promotes Manchester as a centre of excellence to both national and international audiences.  Members include accountants, bankers, solicitors, surveyors, IFAs and a wide variety of other professionals.  pro.manchester also works closely with organisations such as MIDAS, UKTI and the local authorities to maximise the opportunities for businesses within the region.

Chris initially joined pro.manchester in 2006.  In January 2007 he was appointed to the Communications Committee and he has since been actively involved in many of the organisation’s key activities. 

Commenting on his appointment as Vice Chairman, Chris said:

“It is a huge honour to have been nominated and accepted for this important position.  Manchester is one of the best cities in the world to do business and pro.manchester plays a significant role in broadcasting this fact to the national and international business communities, as well as working hard to ensure that it remains the case.  I have been an enthusiastic supporter of pro.manchester for several years and I’m excited to be become more deeply involved in their work.  I hope that I will be able make a valuable contribution to the ongoing success of the organisation.”
